Ahara Reiki Level 1 is a gentle, foundational certification in an Egyptian-rooted Reiki lineage taught through the healing energies of Goddess Isis, Bastet, and Ra. In this first level, you will receive your Level 1 attunement, awaken your hands as a channel for healing energy, and learn how to begin offering Reiki through self-treatment and hands-on support for others. This course introduces the core framework of Ahara Reiki, including sacred preparation, energetic grounding, basic hand placements, and the first-level practices used to support calm, balance, and healing. Unlike the more commonly taught Japanese Usui system, Ahara Reiki draws on ancient Egyptian healing symbolism and a distinct energetic language. By the end of Level 1, you will have a clear foundation for practicing Ahara Reiki safely and confidently for yourself and in-person support. This is the best starting point for new students and for healers who want to explore an Egyptian Reiki lineage before moving into Level 2 distance healing and practitioner-level techniques.

Level 1 gives students the foundation they need before moving into advanced symbols, distance healing, and deeper practitioner work. Many people feel drawn to Reiki but do not know where to begin, or they have only been exposed to the Japanese Usui lineage. Ahara Reiki offers a distinct Egyptian-rooted pathway that introduces energy work through sacred symbolism, grounded practice, and live guidance from an experienced Reiki Master Teacher.

Separating Level 1 from Level 2 also helps students move at a pace that feels safe and integrated. They can receive the first attunement, practice self-healing and hands-on healing, and then return for Level 2 when they are ready to expand into distance work and a fuller practitioner structure.

By the end of Ahara Reiki Level 1, you will have received your Level 1 attunement, learned the foundation of the Ahara Reiki system, and practiced simple self-Reiki and hands-on Reiki methods. You will leave with a clear, repeatable way to begin working with healing energy for yourself and others in person.
