Learning the two levels of intuition.

Earthy intuition is something that is felt in the body. It is a vibe we feel when we enter a room or meet someone for the first time. It can come as a sense of ease or a sense of caution or even danger. We develop an earthy intuition through being connected to our body and feelings. The less connected we feel to our body and feelings the less our earthy intuition will be able to guide us. Everyone in a body potentially can access this level of intuition.

Universal Intuition – This is different from our earthy intuition in that it is the interface between our conscious mind and our Higher Self, angels, and guides. Our Higher Self has the overview or blueprint of our lives and knows the lessons we have chosen to learn, and the potential and gifts we have come here to awaken. We develop this form of intuition through spiritual practice. This opens the heart and mind to receive guidance and messages throughout the day.
