Sounds with Healing Harmonic Structures

Based on years of experience and research on the physics of sound, we have chosen sounds (natural to electronic) that are known to have specific effects on a person physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. These sounds have been tailored to specifically fit the the particular intention of the song.

Tempos Set to the Breath

Most songs have a basic tempo that is set to a really slow breath. Since the chords often follow the in and out breath they entrain your breath into a deeper state of relaxation. You can also consciously breathe along with most of the songs.

Binaural Beats Most of the music includes Binaural Beat Frequencies to entrain the brain into a variety of brainwave states. Two frequencies are embedded in the music and the difference between the two notes creates a 3rd frequency which is below our normal hearing level. This 3rd frequency entrains your brain into delta (deep sleep or meditation), theta (creative day dreaming), or alpha (relaxed awareness). When you listen on headphones you get the extra added benefit of brain synchronization — connecting the left and right brain through the Corpus Callosum. Through a special process the binaural beats are created so they are perfectly in tune with the key of the song. Peaceful Endings One of the most important aspects of Sound Healing is when the sound or music ends — leaving you in a place of perfect peace. Many techniques and extreme care have been taken to create endings that leave you in this precious state of peace. Other Sound Healing Music Production Techniques Other techniques based on Frequency, Timbre, Musical Intervals, Modes, Repetition vs. Change, and Energy Flow have been incorporated into each song. David Gibson is the author of “The Art of Producing,” and the #1 selling book in the field of Audio Recording, “The Art of Mixing.” Many techniques from his books have also been incorporated into the music.   Sound Holograms Many of the songs are Sound Holograms where every component within the music and recording are speaking to each other mathematically. For example, the tempo mathematically fits the key of the song. The binaural beats are also a multiple or perfect fraction (1/2, 1/2, 1/2…) of the pitch and tempo. The tempo of the breath incorporated into the chord changes is also a perfection subdivision of the tempo, pitch and binaural beats. All of this helps to synchronize the breath, heart, and brain.

SOUND HEALING MUSIC – an  MP3 Bundle from David Gibson

Enjoy a bundle of 9  MP3s to assist with shifting emotions and becoming centered.

1. Gratitude Toning MP3:

This is a class project where we focused our intentions consistently on the energy of gratitude. We held our intentions with 100% focus while toning. There are also Binaural Beats embedded in the song that entrain your brain into Theta.  TONE ALONG. 2.Unconditional Divine Love: MP3 of  Unconditional Love with Music Embedded with the Quantum Field of Universal Love 3.Chakra Guided Meditation: The goal of this MP3 is to tune into all 7 chakras simultaneously. The chakras are based on Frequencies instead of notes. Instead of each chakra being a different note, they are all the same note (C tuned to A 432 hz.) at different Octaves. By doing it this, when all chakras are playing simultaneously you get the full range of the frequency spectrum from low to high. This is nice because based on the research of Alfred Tomatis, every frequency is a nutrient. Also, when all chakra are playing simultaneously it creates a perfectly harmonious chord, the way chakras feel when all humming together with the kundalini energy flowing through them. Enjoy. 4.Awakening MP3 – Tuned to 432 Hz: This most effective piece of music for connecting to spirit and creating a deep sense of peace within. This is a very magical piece that has proven to have unusually powerful emotional healing effects. Also good for pain (extremely low bass).  Tuned to the tempo of a meditative breath. The song is now tuned to 432 Hz which has many auspicious things about it.  432 Hz has been shown to create a beautiful mandala pattern in each water droplet in your body.  It is also the frequency of the heart meridian and is what they tuned to in ancient Egypt. /span> √ Relaxation √ Pain Relief √ Sleep √ Connection to Spirit Includes 4 versions with Binaural Beats in Delta, Theta, Alpha or Beta 5. Emotional Stress Release MP3: A song that has Quantum Fields embedded in it from Nutri-Energetics for releasing stress around emotions. 6. Sympathetic Parasympathetic MP3: Frequencies from Peter Guy Manners for creating a balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems. 7. Enthusiasm MP3:  Frequencies from Peter Guy Manners for enthusiasm. 8. Nervous Depression MP3 Based on research in the field of Sound Therapy there are several key components of sound that may help with Depression: 1. High frequencies activate our entire system. 2. Constantly changing sounds activate the brain. 3. A full range of frequencies and frequency sweeps help bring someone out of a particular stuck frequency or mood. 4. Binaural beat frequencies in Alpha activate the brain. All of these components are incorporated into this song along with a powerful intention for the relief of Depression. This intention was held consistently during the recording and mixing of the song. The song also has a very “still” and heart warming cello track in order to bring a sense of peace and stillness within the storm of life that we often encounter. 9.Water of Life MP3 The intention of this songs is to bring Unconditional Love into your heart.  This song taps into core aspects of beauty and soaring power within us all. Water of Life is Divine Love. Going to the outer limits of space gives you a unique perspective on your current reality when you return. It also makes you realize that since all reality is an illusion, you are free to create whatever reality you like.  This song provides a full perspective on a wide range of realms. Expand your creativity, expand your consciousness. The song utilizes binaural beats in Theta that transition into Delta. The song slowly builds to a peak and takes you out 3 times.  Something unusually profound happens in the last few minutes… then the song ends with the most peaceful peak you could imagine. With full attention it is an epic journey through Love, Power and Grace. It is my favorite CD for the sound table. I listen almost every day as it completely clears out anything emotional that is going on.   The song is now tuned to 432 Hz which has many auspicious things about it.  432 Hz has been shown to create a beautiful mandala pattern in each water droplet in your body.  It is also the frequency of the heart meridian and is what they tuned to in ancient Egypt.

ITEM  4: Mastery Empowerment Course: Sound & Enlightenment with David Gibson

MASTERY

EMPOWERMENT COURSE: SOUND & ENLIGHTENMENT

6 Hours – 3 Sessions in downloadable audio & video recordings

2 hours each on Sound Healing with David Gibson This Sound & Enlightenment course with David Gibson gives you an understanding of how sound can be used for a variety of intentions and bring people into various states of consciousness. You will learn how to tune into the pitch of each chakra and sound techniques for connecting and creating more intimacy in relationships.

SESSION 1: OVERVIEW OF SOUND HEALING

The Overview course gives you an understanding of the basic structure of sound, and how sound can be used for various intentions –physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. We look at the history of sound healing and where the future is leading. We begin with the physics of sound, resonance and the harmonic structure of sound. We do a thorough examination of the physiology of the body and its relation to the emotional and spiritual bodies — and they work with sound and energy. We also explore the use of sound to bring people into various states of consciousness and shift individuals into particular brainwave states, such as delta, theta, alpha and gamma.

SESSION 2: THE SOUND OF CHAKRAS

We discuss the all the different systems in various cultures that have assigned specific notes to each chakra. The rest of class is about finding the frequency and pitch of each chakra for yourself. You will learn an exercise to tune into the pitch of each chakra for yourself. Finally, we do a very powerful Chakra Meditation where we have you tune into all 7 chakras at the same time. The point of this class is to not only have you start tuning into chakras as frequency, but also to give you another reference point in your body for learning the full range of frequencies (20 – 20,000 hertz).

SESSION 3: THE SOUND OF LOVE

A truly transformative workshop designed to open your heart. You will learn sound techniques for connecting with people from a heart center, creating more intimacy in relationships, and connecting to spiritual love. In this unique session, you will use sound to open up and access deeper levels of connecting through love. This workshop will open your heart to others and spirit (love from above or within). When you reside in your heart with one another a resonant field is setup that not only transforms your every communication, but also adds to a planetary resonant field that affects the entire planet.

BONUS COURSE 2. 5 Hours: Holding Frequency

This course is about using Intention in music. It has been proven in scientific studies that intention affects us positively and that intention is carried through music that was created while holding an intention. For every song, we practiced holding the Intention 100% consistently (The more consistent the intention the stronger the healing effect). We then toned for over an hour while still holding the Intention consistently. Every session was a transformative experience that comes through to the listener.  Toning the intention along with each song is a profound experience and very effective.
