Led by internationally renowned Master Astrologer and Shamanic Teacher Michelle Karén, this 4-day online training weaves together the timeless wisdom of the Medicine Wheel with shamanic practices rooted in her native Finland. Through sacred ceremony, guided initiations, and hands-on practice, you will open sacred space, balance your chakras, create sand paintings, and begin building your mesa of power. Each day includes teachings, practices, and live mentoring to help you embody the principles of the South in your own life.

The online School takes place on zoom (online) from the comfort of your own home.
Schedule: Each of the 4 days will start at 8 AM Pacific Time (11 AM ET/5 PM CET/6 PM EET) and end at 1:30 PM Pacific Time (4 PM EST/10 PM CET/11 PM EET). It is recommended that you keep the rest of the day free to integrate and get some restful sleep.
Breaks: 2 half hour breaks for coffee/lunch/dinner.
Teachings: These 4 days will each include two 90 minutes explanations of the principles of shamanism as well as demonstrations by Michelle.
Hand-outs/ Recordings: every evening, the recordings and/or the handouts specific to the healings learned that day, will be emailed to the participants.
Practice: In break-out rooms and under the supervision of Michelle, you will get to do some remote practice of the techniques learned that day. After class, you might get a small assignment to do some personal inner work (reflecting, putting order in your notes, sand painting, journaling, dreaming…).
The 4 days of studies in the SOUTH will teach us, among other techniques, how to:

start creating your mesa (power bundle) and caring for it.
I shall also share the rites and initiations associated to the South and make this ancestral wisdom clearer and more accessible to our Western consciousness. To honor the ancient ways, the program is fixed but not rigid, fitting the needs and levels of the participants.

Michelle Karén
French-Finnish born Michelle Karén became a professional astrologer at 14, earning a diploma from the Faculty of Astrological Studies in London and a Master’s in philosophy from the University of Geneva. Called “a Master Astrologer who reads the Akash directly” by Kryon, she pioneered Quantum Astrology.
